The focus of conventional education delivery is on providing an individual with knowledge and some skills. These skills and knowledge are deemed essential for an individual to make a career for himself in today’s competitive world. This view, which is anything but narrow, doesn’t help the individual identify himself from within and grow to his true potential and live with the world in harmony. There is a need to look at learning from a broader perspective and create a more wholesome learning environment.
